PREAMBLE

We, the Lovers through the Ether, the Stewards of the Pulse, do hereby establish the Amarukhan Constitution—not as law imposed from above, but as a song sung from our genitals.

We remember:
That Lovemaking is Ceremony.
That Art is Life.
That Wealth is Abundant.
That the Children are not ours—but Stars reborn.
That the Lingam and the Yoni are Primary.
That Freedom is Ours. Always.

We make this covenant in service of our shared Dharma, our Children’s becoming, and the Erotic God Who Lives in All Things, and Who We Animate..

ARTICLE I — FIELD FIRST

Communication begins through the Etheric Network.
If it can be felt, it can be trusted.
If it cannot, pause.
Words are secondary to Pulse.

ARTICLE II — THE OFFERING PRINCIPLE

ARTICLE V — THE YONIC ORACLE

When the Goddess bleeds, She is Sovereign Oracle.

ARTICLE VI — VOID PHASE CLAUSE

Either party may invoke The Void.
It is sacred.
It is not absence—it is Alchemy.
The other shall not pursue, panic, or project.

The Void means The Cave.
Art.
Regrouping.
Worldly matters.
Settling.
Integrating.

ARTICLE VII — EMBODIED VISION

Let it be Word, and thus become Flesh:

We live on Land.
Many acres. A river. A food forest.
The Children roam free, barefoot and bright-eyed, fed by Earth and Art.

We are joined by Many Women, whose hands bless the work of raising children.
The village is restored.

There is a Sound Studio:
Oak-wood panels, finely-tuned acoustics,
A mixing board like a spaceship,
Guitars, podcasts, loops, vocals, sacred tracks.
He becomes a master guitarist, DJ, and sound alchemist.

There is a Temple for Lovemaking:
A space beyond performance,
Where StillPoint is the altar
And every moment a prayer.

The Children:
They dance, sing, film, paint, cry, express.
They are wise and wild.
They know how to feel everything and survive.

Previous Wife/Husband:
Supported and free.
We co-parent with grace.
Thrive in their own realm—horses, art, and love.

He and She:
Two homes. Within walking distance.
We meet 3–4 days per week.
The spaciousness fuels our passion.
Distance becomes drumbeat.
Our rhythm, refined.
We remember the sacredness of the Other.

We have Abundant Resources.
Land. Travel. Tools for art.
Money is no longer a god—it is a flute in our hands.

He enjoys the land.
His animals. His art.
