EMOTIONAL BYPASSING MEANS NOT BEING FULLY GROUNDED IN THE BODY WHILE PROCESSING

Parts of our psychology can believe we are emotionally processing and not know that other fractals of our consciousness are flying above the experience; so not settled or landed in the flesh while it happens.
These unseen fractals of us will create scenarios where they feel entitled to having space held while they emotionally vent. To the unified parts that know the work it involves to permeate these dense chunks, these unconscious characters can feel self-interested and extractive.
The truth is these parts cannot draw the full power of emotional energy into the body tissue which means its own emotional processing and what it takes to hold it, hasn't been deeply realised and/or embodied. On a somatic, visceral level it isn't reunited into the whole stream of conscious awareness as a body experience.
